Rooms are clean and comfortable with a king-sized bed and helpful staff who speak Russian and English. However, rooms could have been slightly larger. The location is good, with easy access to the Old City. The dining options are quite limited, overlooking the water. Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly service.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel overlooking the sea. The rooms were not very spacious but had new amenities making them comfortable and clean. The hotel offers tremendously comfortable, quiet, and clean rooms, a perfect place to work, rest, and rejuvenate before heading back out into the hot Azeri sun. The staff is very friendly and speaks Russian and English, enhancing the overall positive experience. However, the dining experience is quite basic and can be disappointing compared to the quality of the rooms and service.
